Mersey Care NHS Trust provides employees with a full range of proactive and solution focussed EAP services for NHS and private sector organisations. Specialists in the provision of EAP to NHS staff our psychological support team have extensive knowledge of NHS policy, processes and organisational structures to enable  employees to swiftly  build rapport and obtain advice and information on concerns and issues that are specific to staff working within the NHS. 

Alongside this we have over 20 years experience within the field of Employee Support additionally providing EAP services to educational establishments and private sector organisations. We are accredited by The Royal College of Psychiatrists. Our EAP provision sits within the clinical excellence of Mersey Care NHS Trust (a mental health trust) and we provide services to over 30,000 employees. We directly employ all of our counsellors and psychotherapists and our 24/7 telephone advice and support line is staffed by our internal team. This enables the NHS and workplace psychological support expertise and advice to be available to employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
